Course
Architecture.

Curriculum design for coaches, educators, and operators ready to package what they know. We architect modules, sequence learning, and design the assessments that actually move students toward outcomes — the difference between a course that sells and one that finishes.

Course Architecture from Axel SEO
Courses that finish, not just sell

Outcome first.

Most online courses are designed for the sale, not the finish. We design backwards from the outcome — the transformation your student should leave with.

What goes in the architecture
  • Falsifiable outcome statement
  • Module + lesson structure
  • Assessment + feedback design
  • Production + platform roadmap
  • Pricing + launch strategy

Course Architecture is curriculum design for people who already have something worth teaching. The hard part isn't filming — it's deciding what students should be able to do after the course, then designing the modules, activities, and assessments that actually get them there. We work backwards from the outcome.

Every engagement starts with a two-week outcome map: what transformation does the course deliver, in a sentence falsifiable enough to test against. From there we architect modules, sequence lessons, design the activities that produce real practice, and structure the assessments that prove learning happened.

Production is separate. We can stay on through filming, editing, and launch as an advisor, or hand the architecture to your existing production team. The architecture is platform-agnostic — Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Circle, Skool, custom build — pick what fits your operation.

What's included

Outcome, architecture, production map.

The full curriculum architecture, ready to hand to a production team — including the strategic pieces (outcome, pricing, launch) that most curriculum designers skip.

Outcome map

The transformation your course delivers, written down and falsifiable. The anchor for every design decision after it.

Module + lesson architecture

Sequenced learning paths designed against how adults actually learn, not what looks impressive on the sales page.

Assessment + activity design

The exercises that prove learning, plus the feedback loops that keep students engaged through completion.

Production roadmap

Filming, editing, platform, and pricing strategy — the operational map from architecture to live launch.

How it works

Map, architect, roadmap.

01

Map the outcome

Two-week deep dive into what students should be able to do after, not just know after.

02

Architect

Module structure, lesson breakdown, activities, assessments — four to six weeks of dedicated curriculum design.

03

Production support

We can stay on as advisor through filming, editing, and launch, or hand off to your production team.

Common questions

Course questions.

Everything businesses tend to ask before they start.

Do you film and edit the course?
No — we architect the curriculum. Production is separate. Some clients hire us through launch, most hand the architecture to their existing production team.
What platforms do you build for?
Whatever fits — Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, Circle, Skool, or a custom build. The architecture is platform-agnostic.
How long does a course architecture take?
Eight to twelve weeks for a complete course. Cohort-based programs take longer; evergreen courses are faster.
Will this work for a B2B training program?
Yes. We've architected courses for consumer education, B2B training, certification programs, and continuing education. Method is the same; details differ.
Can you help with pricing and launch?
Yes — pricing strategy and launch sequencing are part of the production roadmap deliverable. We work alongside your marketing team on the launch itself.
