These Terms govern your use of the Axel SEO Digital Solutions website and services. By working with us or using this site, you agree to them. We have written them to be clear and fair.

By accessing this website or engaging Axel SEO Inc (Axel SEO Digital Solutions) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
We provide Local SEO, Google Business Profile management, website builds, content, strategic consulting, paid media and related digital solutions. The exact scope of any engagement is defined in a written proposal or plan agreed with you before work begins. You can see an overview on our services page.
Engagements, scope and fees
Most work runs as a monthly engagement with no long-term lock-in. Fees, scope and deliverables are set out in your plan. Unless agreed otherwise, invoices are due on the schedule stated there. Changes to scope are agreed in writing before they are billed.
Client responsibilities
To do our best work, we rely on you to provide timely access, accurate information and approvals where needed. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the materials and claims you ask us to publish about your business.
No guarantee of rankings
Search engines and AI systems control their own results, and no one can guarantee a specific ranking, position or traffic level. We commit to professional, ethical work and a sound strategy, not to a promised number. Anyone who guarantees rankings is not being honest with you.
Intellectual property and ownership
You own your brand assets and the accounts we work in, including your Google Business Profile, website, domain and analytics. Deliverables we create for you become yours on full payment. We retain ownership of our own tools, templates and know-how. The Axel SEO name, logo and site content remain ours.
Confidentiality
Each side agrees to protect the other’s non-public information shared during an engagement and to use it only to deliver or receive the services. This obligation continues after the engagement ends.
Third-party platforms
Our work often involves platforms such as Google, Meta and others. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies, which you agree to follow. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their rules, features or algorithms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Axel SEO is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.
Termination
Either side may end a monthly engagement with reasonable written notice as set out in your plan. You remain responsible for fees for work already performed. On termination, we hand over the assets and access that belong to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
